We want you to love your gear as much as we do, but if something isn't right, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring the octopus logo is protected.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
